Trash Pickup
The pickup days are Monday and Thursday. The trash and recycle bins should be placed outside no earlier than 24 hours prior to service and must be returned to their place of storage on the evening of service. All containers, dumpsters, or garbage facilities shall be stored inside the garage or screened from view on the Lot and kept in a clean and sanitary condition. No noxious or offensive odors shall be permitted. Owners are subject to violation if the bins are visible and not placed inside the garage.
• Please do not leave your bins on the street, curbside or in front of your garage. They must be put away before the end of the day on service day.
• Bins have to be out of sight except on pickup days. The pictures below are some examples of how the bins are improperly kept and stored. Where these bins are kept are not the proper location to store your bins.
• Fines are being levied against homeowners who leave their bins outside.
Parking
FRIENDLY REMINDERS
• Parking is restricted to the parking areas within the community and garage units. Express Towing will tow any vehicles that are parked on the street or in violation of the governing documents.
• No commercial vehicle, trailer, recreational vehicle, boat, or boat trailer may be parked or stored on the property, unlessstored in garage.
• Street parking or parking in the grass is strictly prohibited. Abandoned vehicles or with expired tag are subject to towing at vehicle owner’s expense.
Furry Friends
• Pet owners are responsible for their pet(s) at all times, and no more than two (2) pets are permitted per home.
• No aggressive dogs are allowed. Should any dog act in an aggressive manner towards residents or their pet(s), they will be-asked to be removed from the property.
• Owners and handlers must always carry a leash. Leaving dogs unattended in a yard, balcony, porch, or patio is strictly prohibited. Please do not tie your dog(s) to the trees or AC unit.
• Please clean up after your pet(s).
• The backyards are not dog parks. Residents walking their dog in the backyards are required to keep the dog(s) on a leash.When walking your pets through the community, they MUST be leashed and cleaned up after. This is also a County Ordinance. The leash rule is not only for the safety of others, but for the safety of your pet. You never know what could spook an animal and cause them to run off.
Windows & AC
Florida is a great place to experience the beautiful weather, however if you have any of the windows open, you must turn of the AC. Failure to do so, will result in a $100 fine and payment of all electric over average bill. .
